Look, I consider myself a foodie just like the next person, but let me tell you...

There is a point where you can indeed become maxed out on eating! Especially, if you are deep into the holiday season!

 

Next week is Thanksgiving, and even if you aren’t vibing with that particular celebration, there is no doubt that you will be eating more than usual around this time! Which is not a "bad" thing, but if you are wanting to celebrate but also want to slow down with the mounds of food consupmtion...this is your episode!
